This tool allows HR professionals to efficiently schedule interviews, generate and share Google Calendar invites with interviewers and candidates, and store relevant interview details and feedback in a centralized database. By providing a user-friendly interface for managing interview logistics, such as date, time, and location, as well as tracking interviewer availability and candidate status, the HR Portal enhances coordination and communication among stakeholders involved in the hiring process. Additionally, the system offers features for documenting interview outcomes, marking candidates for further review, and generating reports to aid in decision-making. Overall, the HR Portal simplifies the interview management workflow, saving time and improving the efficiency of HR operations.
